STUDENT CELL PHONE FINES
Students may not have cell phones during the school day.
Any student cell phone that is discovered shall be confiscated.
Confiscated student cell phones may be returned only to the parent of the student, only upon the payment of the following fees, in cash:
1st confiscation: $20
2nd confiscation: $35
3rd confiscation: $50
On and after the 4th confiscation of any cell phone from a student, the cell phone will be donated to charity and not returned to the parent or student.
