  It is so hard to believe that we are beginning the 4th, and LAST, 9 weeks of this school year!  We have learned so much this year.  It is a VERY important time...CRCT!  It is time for our students to "Show What They Know!"  We will begin testing March 26 - April 1.  Please have your children at school every day, well rested, confident, and motivated to do their best. 

Test Taking Tips:

Encourage your child to:  take their time, to read carefully, to read each answer choice, to eliminate the answers they know are wrong, to check their work, and to go back in the passage to find the answer.

Remember, when parents take an active role in their child's education, the child will, in turn, take an active role in their education.

 During the school year we will be teaching all students how to be Blakeney's BEST. Students will learn how to Be responsible, Express a positive attitude, Show respect, and Think before they act. Be sure to ask your child how many "Blakeney Bucks" they may have earned each day!
