You may have heard that the Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE) launched the Georgia Student Connect program to help Burke County student households enroll in the federal Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).
Once enrolled in ACP, families may receive one of the following:
- Up to a $30/month discount on your internet service
- A one-time discount of up to $100 for a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer (with a co-payment of more than $10 but less than $50)
A Representative from the Georgia Student Connect program will contact your household with details about these important benefits and is available to answer questions and help with the ACP enrollment process.
