Visitor Management

By March 1, 2011, the Burke County Public School System introduced a Visitor Management System at each of our schools and central office facility. The vendor selected is the award winning Complete Campus Security Solution (CCSS). CCSS is easy-to-use visitor management software designed to run in kiosk mode. CCSS software improves visitor control on school campuses by data basing all visitors' pertinent information, including a photo for positive ID. It also prints a custom label that all visitors wear.

 

The CCSS Visitor Management Systems was purchased through a federal grant awarded to the Burke County Public School System to implement steps for improving school safety.
