CURRENT STUDENT INFORMATION UPDATE 2022-2023
The following online process replaces the paper forms sent home at the beginning of each school year used to update student information. Updating your current contact information is imperative for receiving important updates, should there be an emergency at your child's school.
An email from [email protected] has been sent to the first parent/guardian listed in PowerSchool. This email will contain your student's unique verification passcode, called a "SnapCode." If you are a parent/guardian of multiple returning students, you will receive a separate email for each student.
Burke County families will access the online student information update through their existing PowerSchool Parent Portal account by clicking on the link provided in their e-mail or by clicking the following link, "Current Student Information Update."
*When updating student information through the PowerSchool Parent Portal, you will be required to enter your child's SnapCode.
**Parents/Guardians will have the option to add other (new/current) students within your existing household while updating their current information.
What do I do if I have a student returning to BCPS but never received a SnapCode by email?
If you have not received the email, contact your student’s school to update your email and retrieve your SnapCode. Snapcodes will only be sent to a parent/guardian and only to the email address we have on file.
