Notice of Records Destruction

The Burke County Board of Education will destroy all student records relating to Special Education Services for individuals who will attain the age of 22 on or before June 30, of the current year. These records will be destroyed after the last Friday in August of the current year. Anyone wishing to recover his/her personal records before they are destroyed may call the Student Services Office at (706) 554-6306 to schedule an appointment for pickup.

In response to the threat of COVID-19, our teachers have provided distance learning activities in both digital and paper/pencil form so that your child can continue to learn from home.
