VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:
SAVE AS DRAFT before SUBMITTING your application. You will be given this option at the end of the application process. Each section (I, II, III, IV, V, etc.) of the application should say "Completed" once you have ALL information required, and each roman numeral should turn green.
If you try to submit your application with errors, you will receive an error message. Your application will travel into cyber space and not be retrievable. You will have to start the process all over again.
