Burke County Public Schools: 2026-2027 New Student Registration
We are excited to announce that online registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now open! This process is for all NEW STUDENTS enrolling in Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Registration Window: April 1 – May 1, 2026

- Pre-K Eligibility: Children must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2026.

- Certified copy of the child’s Birth Certificate
- Proof of authorized person to enroll (Driver’s license or state identification card)
- Social Security Card
- Proof of Residency (ex, current lease, mortgage, electric, water, or gas bill)
- Updated Health Records
