The Burke County School Nutrition Program will be offering the Summer Food Service Program this year, serving children ages birth to 18 from June 10th through July 15th. If you would like to be considered for a community partner Summer Feeding site location, please select "2026 Summer Feeding Site Request" to complete our online request form.

The BCPS Division of Human Resources is thrilled to reveal our first three Most Valuable Bear (M.V.B.) award winners! This employee-nominated award is our way of giving a huge "thank you" to the employees who go the extra mile for our students, our schools, and the entire Burke County community.

The Burke County School Board does hereby announce that the millage rate will be set at a meeting to be held at the Burke County Board of Education Meeting Room at 789 Burke Veterans Parkway, Waynesboro, Georgia on January 28, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. and pursuant to the requirements of O.C.G.A. Section 48-5-32 does hereby publish the following presentation of the current year’s tax digest and levy, along with the history of the tax digest and levy for the past five years.
