Help a Child Smile Dental Program

Help a Child Smile dental program is joining with your child's school to offer full-service dental care at school. They plan to visit your child's school during the second half of the school year.

If your child is insured with Medicaid/Peachcare for Kids, there is no cost to you. They also accept most private insurances.

If you are interested, please fill out a permission form and return it to your child's school or sign up online by scanning the code above/by going to Student Permission Form. Help a Child Smile receives all of the forms and determines eligibility.
